I genuinely believe that buying or selling a home shouldn’t be a stress-induced nightmare. I’ve spent the better part of two decades learning the secret to a successful deal isn’t in the "hustle"—it’s in the preparation. I’ve handled hundreds of transactions, from first-time homes to complex high-value estates, and I’ve picked up a few awards along the way.

I price homes based on data, not optimism. I negotiate with firm, quiet logic, not theatrics. And if you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear instead of what you need to know, we probably aren’t a fit. At my core, I am a total advocate for this region -I’ve called the Finger Lakes home since 1999. I live for our local small businesses. If you need a recommendation for the best small-batch coffee shop, a stellar farm-to-table restaurant, or a weekend craft brewery, I’m your girl.

I live in Trumansburg with my husband, Rordan, our teenage sons, and orange cat, Solomon. When I’m not obsessing over real estate details, you can usually find me volunteering with T-burg Takes on Pediatric Cancer, or cheering on my Steelers, or watching movies.
